Korean BBQ ACT

I trained a robot arm to grill Korean BBQ for me. The piece of meat we used was a piece of cardboard wrapped in tape that was sharpie'd red on one side and black on the other (burnt). The grill was a black notebook and we had two robot arms (lead and follower arm) - LeRobot. Started off with 2 policies then ended up finding better results, with using 1 strict policy (ACT). We use HUD for evals and are working on using live agent runs to run on an HUD Robot environment. Sim 2 Reality didn't really work with our use case: the task of turning the wrist around to flip the meat, which was slippery and thin, proved to be a hard task.
