Project spotlight
ClinicRadar
by Andever
Finds clinics that are ready to buy now, with the decision maker's verified email and a first-touch draft.
About This Project
ClinicRadar finds medical clinics that are about to spend money and tells you exactly who to email there.
Clinics give off buying signals before they buy: they post clinical roles, grow headcount, or raise money. Those signals live in separate paid databases that SaaS sales teams use and nobody selling to clinics ever sees. ClinicRadar fuses them through Glasser (one key, 1,457 endpoints) and closes the loop with Arcade.
How it works (every paid call shows its price first and carries a Glasser run receipt):
- Discover: Exa company search for the ideal customer profile ($0.007).
- Signals per clinic: Akta open roles, Akta headcount trend, PredictLeads funding rounds (~$0.34/clinic).
- Score: hiring intensity x buyer-side roles x 12-month growth x funding recency. A readable formula, not a model guess.
- Contacts for the top clinics: LeadMagic role-finder for the Medical Director, Prospeo verified work email, Hunter finder/verifier as fallback (~$0.08/person).
- Output: HTML report, CSV, and outreach drafts that quote the clinic's actual job posting. Arcade writes the drafts into Gmail and the table into Google Sheets.
Live result tonight (Track 2, hiring & growth signals): 7 Bay Area longevity clinics, 30 Glasser calls, $1.57 total. Avita MD scored 55: two open clinical roles (Physician Assistant, Primary Care Physician), headcount +33% in 12 months. It found their Medical Director, a verified email, and wrote the draft.
Why: I am founding engineer at Andever.ai, a longevity AI-agent startup, and we need our first 20 clinic customers. Clinic vendors (diagnostics, supplements, EHR software, devices) pay $500-2,000/month for static lead lists that say nothing about timing. ClinicRadar sells timing, for about 35 cents a clinic.
Built with Claude Code as the agent, Python, the Glasser API, and the Arcade SDK.
