EMBODIED: Your Longevity Operating System

Women spend $200-500/month on wellness but are drowning in data with zero clarity. EMBODIED solves this by combining 3 proven models:

🎯 STRAVA (Social Accountability): Track your Longevity Score, see progress, stay motivated 🤖 AI COACHING (Personalized): AI analyzes your data, identifies your weakest area, gives you ONE specific action 💕 DATING APPS (Smart Matching): Matched with an accountability partner at your exact commitment level

We aggregate health data from Oura, Apple Health, lab results, and movement tracking into ONE Longevity Score (0-100) based on the founder's tested, real-life framework for holistic wellness.

Our AI identifies your weakest longevity pillar and gives you ONE specific action to improve. Then we match you with an accountability partner at your exact commitment level—not by age or fitness, but by how serious you are about change. Think: Strava's social accountability meets personalized longevity coaching and accountability.

Built with real client validation. 25 clients ready to pay $30-50/month. Part of PROTOKOL, a wellness company bringing ancient wisdom to modern biomarker science.

Target: Health-conscious women overwhelmed by wellness data, starting with those navigating menopause (45-55).

AI powers our score calculation (multi-source analysis weighted by longevity research), personalized recommendations (finds weakness → suggests action → adapts to progress), and smart matching algorithm (optimizes for completion rates based on score similarity and commitment level).

Today: Hackathon MVP. Tomorrow: How millions navigate menopause. Next year: The longevity standard.
