From that single read, three views stay perfectly in sync: staff see the full picture at a glance, foster coordinators get transparent, explainable matches that show exactly why a home is or isn't the right fit, and adopters see a warm, ready-to-share listing card, all from the same source of truth.

We chose clear, explainable rules over a black-box score on purpose. When a placement touches a child's safety or a dog's wellbeing, "trust the algorithm" isn't good enough, every match has to show its work.
