GhostThread

GhostThread is an autonomous agent that monitors Slack and Gmail for customer complaints, queries HydraDB's context graph to surface prior complaints, related tickets, and implicated code changes for the same customer/issue, then automatically files a Linear ticket with that history, opens a draft PR targeting the likely regression, and replies to the customer with context-aware tone-closing the loop between support channels, issue tracking, and code without human triage.
