Shelves go empty and nobody notices until a customer walks away. The Store, Autonomous turns a grocery store into a live digital twin run by AI agents that notice, coordinate and talk to staff.
Our working pilot, Floorwalker, runs a store on a clock: shoppers buy through a POS, shelf cameras report counts, and the inventory record can drift from what is really on the shelf. When a shelf runs low, ZooWork agents working together in a Band room take over. The Monitor flags it with evidence, the Coordinator creates a task, checks backroom stock and picks the right colleague, and Floor Voice rings the employee's phone.
The employee answers by voice. She can ask where the stock is, say "on it", or report "the backroom is empty". Every reply goes back into the twin: counts are corrected, a reorder is proposed for a manager to approve, and the task only closes when the camera confirms the shelf is full.
Built with ZooWork (agents), Band (agent-to-agent coordination and tools), ElevenLabs (voice) and Moss (store knowledge search). All store data is simulated and labelled as such.
