Snap & Sell

Resale shops have a unique problem: every item is different. Each piece has to be photographed, researched, priced, listed, explained to buyers, and negotiated individually.

Snap & Sell turns a few photos into an AI sales agent for that item. The merchant snaps up to 6 photos. Snap & Sell identifies the item, researches comparable listings and resale data, asks the owner only what it can't determine, and recommends a price with the evidence behind it.

Once the item goes live, buyers can browse the storefront, ask questions, and negotiate naturally with its ZooWork sales agent. The agent knows the item's condition, features, merchant-provided details, and pricing research. Multiple buyers can negotiate at once, and the agent can mention competing offers—but only when those offers actually exist. The merchant always stays in control: the AI decides how to talk, while deterministic code decides what prices are allowed. The agent cannot sell below the merchant's floor, invent competing offers, or override store rules. Close offers and unknown buyer questions are escalated to the owner.

For our live demo, shoppers scan a QR code and negotiate for the same item while an AI buyer agent joins the competition.
