About This Project
Haggle is the merchant's counter-agent.
Shoppers now send AI agents (Muse, Dots) that filter out anything over budget before a human ever sees it.
Haggle is what the store answers with: a Band Deal Room where the shopper's agent (@bo0/muse-shopper, a separate Band account) meets five ZooWork-hosted store agents (@bosshtw/concierge, pricing-critic, inventory, scout, bundler).
Scout verifies competitor claims on the live web (TinyFish), Inventory finds bundles in <10 ms (Moss), the Pricing Critic sets a floor from the margin, product aging, and live floor occupancy (via Butlr heat occupancy sensors), and the owner approves below-floor deals with one tap.
Result for a Hayes Valley boutique: $0 → $195 on a visit that would have bounced, 43.6% margin held, 48-day stock cleared, 34 seconds. Band is load-bearing: cross-owner consent, @mention routing, and the room as audit log.
