OMNI

Omni is an AI-powered video surveillance platform that transforms passive security cameras into active guardians. Built with Next.js, TypeScript, and Convex for real-time data synchronization, the platform uses OpenAI GPT and Minimax for intelligent video analysis to detect medical emergencies, violence, suspicious activities, and dangerous events in real-time. When incidents occur, the system automatically sends email alerts via Resend with 15-second video clips, generates spoken alerts using Speechmatics text-to-speech, and enables instant voice communication with security personnel through Vapi's in-browser voice agent. The platform features TensorFlow.js for client-side face and pose detection, and an immutable blockchain ledger service for legal compliance. Additional features include an analytics dashboard with footage summaries, charts, and video upload capabilities for batch analysis.
