The platform uses research keywords, skill overlap, and interest alignment to generate tailored student–professor matches, moving beyond generic job boards to a system designed specifically for academic research.

In addition to student matching, the platform enables industry partners to discover academic labs by research domain, view lab focus areas and capabilities, and initiate sponsored projects or collaboration opportunities.
