About This Project
A shelter dog lives in five systems and none of them holds her. PetPoint has her vaccines. Salesforce has a volunteer's note from a Tuesday walk. What the kennel tech learned about what startles her never reaches the foster who takes her home.
dear animal gives every animal one memory that follows her across every system and every pair of hands.
Three layers:

Memory — a single record per animal, joining PetPoint and Salesforce with the observations people actually make. Stored verbatim, attached to her rather than to a department.

Daily rounds — the operations layer exists so attention goes back to the animals. It surfaces only what needs a person this morning, and every line is actionable: it sends the real email, books the real appointment, chases the overdue check-in rather than reporting it.

What she takes with her — at adoption, everything the people who knew her learned is handed over, written in her voice. Every line traces to a real observation; nothing is invented. Most returns happen in the first few weeks, when a family hits something nobody warned them about.
Built on Arcade (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets). Read-only against PetPoint and Salesforce — nothing migrates, nobody changes how they work. Adapter interfaces are real; today they run against fixture exports.
She's the only one who was there for all of it. Now she has somewhere to keep it.
